HOW TO ORDER

Shopping at Tips Uniforms is easy. We’ll guide you through, step by step, to make sure your purchase is as fast and smooth as possible. If you wish to take advantage of a faster checkout, we encourage you to create an online account with us by clicking “Register” and entering your account information. You may also shop our site as a “Guest Shopper,” which means you do not have to register an online account with us.

Start by selecting an item you wish to order. Click “Add to My Cart” to put the item in your shopping cart; then continue shopping or proceed to checkout. We suggest you view your shopping cart items prior to processing your order. If you already have an online account, you may proceed directly to checkout after shopping. If you are a guest shopper you will need to fill in your billing information before completing your order.

Choose your preferred method of shipment. Then enter your credit card number, its expiration date and the name as it appears on the card. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. Our site is 100% secure with SSL encryption and Verisign payment processing.

The final review/purchase page will display your items, shipping address, shipping method and the total price of your order. If you need to make any changes, click “Change Order” to return to your shopping cart. If your order is satisfactory, click “Confirm.” A confirmation of your submitted order will appear on the screen. We suggest printing the page to keep for your records. We will also send a confirmation notice via email.

POLICY FOR EXCHANGES

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are happy to replace or exchange any unused item for size, color or style within 30 days of your original purchase. Please click here to download our Exchange Form (pdf). Simply fill it out and ship the items back to:

When we receive your exchange we will ship your new items UPS ground your new items in 2-3 business days. If you need your items in a timelier manner, please call Customer Service at 1-800-367-5245, 9AM – 5 PM Est.

All shipping charges are the responsibility of the returnee and are non-refundable!

BACK ORDERS

We do our very best to ship your entire order at one time, but backorders are sometimes unavoidable. If you order an item that we can not ship immediately, we will inform you of the earliest possible shipping date.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Tips Uniforms offers the fastest and lowest cost of shipping methods available using state of the art shipping software. All orders are processed within 48 hours after being placed and leave the warehouse with in 24-48 hours. Items are shipped Monday-Friday 10-2pm EST. Saturday and Sunday should not be included in estimated shipping time. We utilize the UPS commercial rate database to find the real-time rate charges for your order. If your address is designated as "Residential" in the database, you may be subject to a minor residential rate increase that will be added to your order at the time of processing. Each package is insured up to $100. Additional insurance may be necessary should a package be valued higher than $100

1. Ground service (within 3-10 days but usually 3-7 business days after ship date)
2. 2 Day Air (Two business days after ship date. Does not include Saturday and Sunday.)

Orders placed before 3 p.m. EST Monday through Friday will ship that day.
Orders placed after 3 p.m. EST Monday through Thursday will ship the following day.
Orders placed after 3 p.m. EST Friday and orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship the following Monday.

All orders are shipped FOB destination once credit has been approved for your order. To expedite timely delivery, your items may be sent in multiple shipments from various supply points. Delivery time is measured from point of order fulfillment, not point of order placement. WE DO NOT DELIVER TO PO BOXES!!
